Hybrid Research Assistant at DataNB

Join DataNB in Fredericton as a full-time Research Assistant, supporting quantitative and qualitative research initiatives. Engage in literature reviews and collaborate with researchers to create impactful data outputs.

As a Research Assistant, you will report to the Research Manager and support researchers and analysts by conducting literature searches, applying methodologies, and assisting in project logistics. This role requires a focus on both qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring well-prepared outputs suitable for publications and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough literature searches and reviews

• Assist analysts with data validation and documentation

• Support research planning and training initiatives

• Create graphs and tables for reports and conferences

• Liaise with funding agencies and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• University degree in health sciences, economics, or statistics

• Research environment experience is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software

• French language skills are an asset
