Position: Fredericton Research Assistant for Policy Studies
Become a Research Assistant at DataNB, University of New Brunswick, in a hybrid role focused on policy-focused research. This full-time position emphasizes literature reviews and quantitative analysis to support impactful studies.

Supporting the Research Manager, you will conduct literature searches and apply both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The role also requires assisting in the organization of research projects and generating appropriate data outputs for publication. You will be responsible for data validation and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with research protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature searches and create comprehensive reviews

• Assist in data stewardship and validation for analyses

• Facilitate research initiatives and training activities

• Prepare presentations for academic conferences

• Engage with funding agencies and ethics boards

Requirements:

• University degree in health sciences, economics, or statistics

• Experience in a research environment required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in statistical software and MS Office tools

• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem solve
