Research Project Coordinator at UNB

Join the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Arts as a Research Project Coordinator based in Fredericton, NB. This full-time role focuses on enhancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization within academic structures.

In this position, you will coordinate a collaborative project that engages various Atlantic Canadian institutions. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Arts, you will guide a team of student Research Assistants and work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that research practices are ethical and transparent. The role necessitates leadership in research design and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute research activities in consultation with community stakeholders

• Lead research design, including ethics review and data collection

• Build communication strategies and ensure participant engagement

• Conduct workshops and mobilization activities

• Analyze research outcomes to inform T&P recommendations

Requirements:

• Master's degree required, with relevant experience considered

• Minimum two years of research experience in higher education

• Demonstrated knowledge of EDID in educational contexts

• Strong organizational skills and project management experience

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
