This position emphasizes research design, ethics, data analysis, and communication of findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research design and strategy for equity initiatives

• Develop communication strategies for research engagement

• Analyze findings to identify strengths and gaps

• Supervise part-time student Research Assistants

• Manage project budgets and stakeholder meetings

Requirements:

• Master’s degree required; equivalent experience considered

• Minimum two years of research experience

• Strong organizational skills and judgment

• Familiarity with equity, diversity, and inclusion frameworks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
