Position: Retail Management Role Overseas
Join Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services as a Retail Supervisor for a six-month deployment in Latvia. Manage retail operations while positively impacting the lives of deployed troops.

As a deployed Retail Supervisor, you will lead a team in an operational retail setting, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. This role involves overseeing cash handling procedures, inventory management, and addressing customer service challenges. By fostering teamwork and ensuring adequate stock levels, you will directly contribute to the morale of service members on deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Authorize refunds, voids, and returns as needed

• Manage store contracts and financial reporting tasks

• Ensure merchandise distribution meets troop needs

• Conduct monthly inventory management activities

• Implement loss prevention controls and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Valid Canadian passport and driver’s license

• Experience in retail operations and staff supervision

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required

• Completion of necessary health and security screenings

• Strong English communication skills for effective leadership
