• Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care and quality in mind to achieve on‑time delivery to customers.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products, ensuring exact quantity and correct product codes.
• Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged items, freshest selections).
• Correctly document and label all orders, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering support for issues to resolution.
• Adhere strictly to safety and food‑hygiene standards, maintain a clean work area, promptly clean spills, keep totes free of debris, and operate material‑handling equipment safely with complete pre‑inspection checks.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing or adjusting to assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.
