What you’ll do   Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care and quality in mind to achieve on‑time delivery to customers.
Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products, ensuring exact quantity and correct product codes.
Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged items, freshest selections).
Correctly document and label all orders, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering support for issues to resolution.
Adhere strictly to safety and food‑hygiene standards, maintain a clean work area, promptly clean spills, keep totes free of debris, and operate material‑handling equipment safely with complete pre‑inspection checks.
Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing or adjusting to assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.05.
