Elevate the shopping experience as a part-time Brand Ambassador at AEO!

Your role focuses on engaging guests and building brand loyalty through authentic interactions.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent AEO’s values while creating extraordinary shopping experiences. You will utilize the AEO Selling Model to connect with customers, educate them about AE and Aerie products, and introduce them to the AEO loyalty program. Flexibility is key, as you will support various zones in-store, from sales to stockroom duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model effectively

• Educate customers about AE & Aerie product details

• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to store visitors

• Support any zone as needed, including fitting room and cash wrap

• Proactively address guest concerns adhering to company policies

Requirements:

• Passion for interacting with guests in-store

• Energetic with the ability to multitask

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Minimum age of 16 years old
