Position: Leadership Role: Retail Supervisor Needed
Take the next step in your career as a Retail Supervisor with Elite Tire Group Inc. Located at our store, this full-time role is vital for effective retail management and strong team leadership.

You will oversee sales operations, manage a team of 3-4 sales workers, and ensure all processes run efficiently. With a minimum of 1 month experience, you'll handle scheduling, report generation, authorize transactions, and maintain the store's inventory while promoting excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly assign tasks to sales staff

• Handle cheque payments and transactions

• Order and control store merchandise supplies

• Facilitate merchandise returns correctly

• Compile reports on stocks and staff performance

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate essential

• Experience of 1 to less than 7 months in retail

• Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada

• No remote work options; on-site only

• Must be available for various shifts including mornings
