Position: Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time
Position Overview  Assistant Store Manager at Store 4148-Uptown Centre-Fredericton, NB E3B 3C1. Regular/Full Time. Overseeing a store team to create an unforgettable shopping experience, achieving sales goals, and executing SOPs, including opening and closing the store.
Responsibilities   Assist in supervising store team focused on customer experience.
Interact with customers on a regular basis to lead the customer experience.
Strategize to achieve team sales goals.
Act as a key holder and execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications   Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
Experience training and directing others.
Ability to take initiative and participate in decision making.
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
