Floral Field Merchandiser Retail

Position: Floral Field Merchandiser for Retail
Enhance plant merchandising for top retailers as a Floral Field Merchandiser. You'll travel to store locations, manage inventory, and ensure floral displays shine in your designated area.

This role requires you to frequently visit retail locations to manage incoming orders and maintain plant inventory. You'll work independently, while your flexible schedule lets you set store visits 1-2 times a week. Ideal candidates have a strong floral knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to establish strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to retail locations to merchandise plants

• Manage inventory, pricing, and maintenance of products

• Ensure timely placement of incoming orders on the sales floor

• Conduct store visits approximately 1-2 times per week

• Troubleshoot and solve any merchandising issues

Requirements:

• Floral or plant maintenance knowledge

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time

• Experience in merchandising or retail environments

• Must have reliable access to a cell phone with data
