In this role, you'll serve as an expert in the Appliance Department, proactively seeking out customers and engaging them with relevant questions. Your keen interest in their projects will enhance their shopping experience, and you'll assist in special orders and provide phone support. Close collaboration with the Freight and Fulfillment Team will also ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seek out customers within the Appliance Show Room

• Engage with customers through thoughtful inquiries

• Escort customers to suitable merchandise throughout the store

• Provide assistance over the telephone for inquiries

• Handle special orders and coordinating installations

Requirements:

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Familiar with Home Depot’s policies and procedures

• Strong closing skills in sales

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Completion of mandatory training sessions
