In this leadership role, you will be responsible for all operations at your designated Sephora location. Manage the inventory, lead the overnight stock team, and ensure that visual merchandising aligns with company standards. Engage with Beauty Advisors and clients while also participating in performance assessments to foster team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead store operations and process execution
• Manage inventory cycles and merchandise returns
• Oversee visual merchandising and cleaning standards
• Ensure supply management meets store needs
• Participate in team performance assessments and feedback
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a similar operations role
• Proven ability to influence peers effectively
• Strong skills in store operations and time management
• Capable of troubleshooting and problem-solving
