Your role at Sephora

As Team Lead, Operations
, you will support all operations related aspects of a specific Sephora store location. This includes direct management of all members of the Operations team and support in areas such as staffing, overnight stock, and overall execution.

• Operational Excellence. Lead the store operations and ensure all processes are completed per company standards.
• Inventory Management. Manage shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counting and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Visual Merchandising. Maintain merchandising concepts, on‑stage visuals, and oversee cleaning crews to ensure standards.
• Supply Management. Keep appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples.
• Performance Assessment & Development. Manage performance situations for the operations team, providing timely feedback.
• Passionate about clients. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
• Develop budget strategies. Demonstrate understanding of sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

• You have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• You have proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• You can demonstrate strong store operations skills.
• You have effective time-management and problem-solving skills.

The compensation ranges between CAD $20.65 - CAD $25.80/hr
