Position: Retail Floral Field Merchandiser Role
Become a Floral Field Merchandiser, working with growers to optimize their plant sales in large retail environments. Enjoy a flexible schedule while maintaining floral displays and inventory.

In this role, you'll travel to designated retail locations, managing plant programs and ensuring effective merchandising that showcases quality products. You'll need strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently, visiting stores 1-2 times a week to replenish stock and maintain displays.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Strong self-management and independence

• Knowledge in plant or floral maintenance

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus
