HHC Manager, Part Time

The Home Healthcare Manager is responsible for managing overall Home Health Care department performance. Works with other team members to achieve department objectives while embracing all Shoppers Drug Mart policies, procedures and standards.

• Develop and maintain business relationships with multiple clinics within the hospital including (but not limited to) orthopedics, vascular, physiotherapy and plastics.
• Provide customer service in a variety of areas including but not limited to bracing and support products, mobility aids (walkers, canes, crutches etc), compression garments (hosiery, post-surgical bras etc), medical supplies (wound care, ostomy, enteral nutrition etc).
• Hire and/or support hiring and training of HHC staff.
• Manage HHC staff performance through ongoing training, coaching, action-planning and follow up.
• Ensure products are in stock at all times through proactive inventory planning and utilization of best practices and established processes.
• Inventory control, ordering, price changes, damages and returns.

• Experience in a health care setting with knowledge of bracing, mobility aids, and medical supplies.
• Previous retail management experience (including responsibility for purchasing, Loss Prevention, inventory control, human resources and people management) is an asset.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :$17.05 - $20.25 / 17,05$ - 20,25$ (per hour / de l’heure)
