Position: Shift Supervisor at The Salvation Army
Lead daily operations at The Salvation Army's Thrift Store in Fredericton, NB, as a Shift Supervisor. Support store management, ensure customer service excellence, and handle transactions with care.

This full-time role requires you to assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations. Key duties include managing customer interactions, ensuring the integrity of donations, and supporting inventory processes. You will also contribute to the store’s appeal through organization and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact positively with customers and donors

• Ensure accurate completion of sales transactions

• Assist in sorting, pricing, and displaying donations

• Monitor store security and assist with inventory control

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail or warehouse

• Must lift up to 30 pounds frequently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High school completion or equivalent experience

• Commitment to The Salvation Army’s mission
