In this Team Lead role, you will assist in guiding the overnight stocking teams, ensuring effective execution of department activities based on workload. You'll be responsible for setting goals during daily Team Huddles and assessing the presentation of store departments to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks as per priorities from Management Team

• Assess store presentation and execute display changes

• Lead daily Team Huddle for updates and goal setting

• Ensure security of high-ticket merchandise and audits

• Validate training opportunities during area tours

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Experience in team leadership preferred

• Strong communication skills for team engagement

• Capable of multitasking and problem-solving
