As a Brand Ambassador, you'll master the AEO Selling Model to assist guests, provide product education, and share our loyalty program. Flexibility is key, as you'll work across sales, cash register, fitting rooms, and stockroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products

• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels

• Flexibly assist in various store zones as needed

• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy

Requirements:

• Passion for retail and customer interaction

• Ability to multitask in a lively environment

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Must be at least 16 years old
