As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of Aerie, ensuring that every customer has an amazing shopping experience. Emphasizing brand loyalty, your responsibilities include interacting with guests, educating them about products, and suggesting items that fit their needs. Flexibility across different store areas, from Sales floor to Stockroom, is key in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the AEO Selling Model to engage guests

• Provide informed product recommendations and suggestions

• Introduce AEO loyalty programs to customers

• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policies

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age

• Retail experience is preferred

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

• Enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products

• Strong interpersonal skills and energy
