Service Master Restore is looking for a dynamic, result‑oriented Regional Account Manager with excellent communication and organizational skills. As a member of the business development team, you will be responsible to pursue and develop business relationships as a key representative and liaison with industry stakeholders within the region.
This unique role requires a combination of sales, account management and brand marketing functions.
Position SummaryThe Atlantic / Quebec Regional Account Manager will identify, pursue, and cultivate business relationships within the regional territory to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. This individual will represent Service Master’s Corporate Office and the Service Master Restore franchise group, executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Through strong relationships and exceptional service, the Regional Account Manager will contribute to the expansion of Service Master’s presence across the region, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
WhatYou Will Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales and business development plan that aligns with regional and corporate objectives.
- Actively pursue opportunities to expand relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and commercial clients.
- Promote Service Master Disaster Restoration services and key program initiatives to target markets.
- Facilitate resolution of account disputes and ensure smooth program account management.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees, customers, and partners to enhance loyalty and drive revenue growth.
- Organize and participate in industry events to support marketing initiatives at the regional and national levels.
- Coordinate regional client training sessions, including continuing education programs.
- Monitor and report on account management activities, sales performance, and marketing efforts on a monthly basis.
- Leverage CRM tools to track customer engagement and ensure accurate data management.
- Align regional sales strategies with budgetary goals, managing promotional and marketing expenses effectively.
- Support Regional and Corporate Meetings, workshops, and other key business activities.
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting of account assignments, sales results, and marketing initiatives.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Successful completion of sales training programs.
- Industry knowledge of restoration, property insurance, or claims is an asset.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and self‑management abilities, with a high level of self‑motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and punctual with a customer‑first mindset.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle, with a willingness for regular travel.
- Proven experience in damage restoration and/or insurance claims management preferred.
