Role Description  This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role is based in Saint John, NB. The representative will engage directly with potential customers to promote pest control services, conduct product and service presentations, and close sales in assigned territories. Daily activities include prospecting, following up on leads, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales. The role also involves participating in training sessions, collaborating with the local team to meet sales targets, and representing the company in a professional manner during marketing events and customer visits.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers and team members.
Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building rapport, handling questions, and resolving concerns effectively.
Sales experience or aptitude, with a solid understanding of Sales & Marketing principles and techniques.
Interest or experience in Training, including willingness to participate in and apply ongoing sales and product training.
Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed performance targets.
Ability to work on-site in Saint John, NB, with reliable availability for a full-time schedule.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
Previous experience in door-to-door sales, retail sales, or field marketing is beneficial but not mandatory.
