Territory Sales Consultant

Drive territory sales for Maritime Beauty in Fredericton using consultative selling and customer relationship development. This full-time role includes regular travel throughout the assigned territory.

As an experienced Distributor Sales Consultant, you will develop new accounts, grow key customers, and manage sales profitability. Your work will include business consulting, merchandising, product demonstrations, and educational programs. Strategic thinking, organization, communication, and business acumen are central to the position.

• Acquire new accounts through focused territory strategies
• Develop key accounts through consulting, merchandising, and demonstrations
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
• Manage loyalty programs for key accounts
• Prepare sales plans and required reports

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of related outside sales experience
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
