Fredericton Bilingual Security Guard

Position: Fredericton Bilingual Security Guard Role
Ensure safety and security as a Bilingual Security Guard in Fredericton, NB. Monitor premises through patrols and enforce regulations from Monday to Friday.

In this role with Canadian Corps of Commissionaires N.B. & P.E.I., you will perform static and roving patrols to safeguard people, property, and information. Working hours are 8:15 am to 5 pm, and the position offers competitive pay and health benefits. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, alongside relevant customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols in various conditions

• Enforce established rules and regulations effectively

• Stand or sit for extended periods when necessary

• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

• Interact positively with at-risk populations

Requirements:

• Ability to fulfill physical fitness demands of the role

• Strong dispute resolution and communication skills

• Experience in customer service environments

• NVCI and de-escalation training preferred

• Obtain Security Clearance for position
