Admiral Security Shelter Officer Position

Admiral Security is looking for a Shelter Security Officer committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment for shelter residents and visitors. Strong communication and conflict management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor access control for residents and visitors

• Conduct safety patrols throughout the facility

• Implement conflict de-escalation techniques

• Manage emergency situations calmly and effectively

• Collaborate with staff for coordinated care

Requirements:

• No prior licensing required; we offer support

• Experience with vulnerable populations is a plus

• First Aid and CPR certifications required

• Strong conflict resolution and observational skills

• Preference for valid New Brunswick driver’s license
