Casual Security Operative

As a Security Operative, engage in monitoring access points and responding rapidly to emergencies. Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, along with the ability to communicate in English and/or French.

Your role will involve collaboration with local law enforcement to ensure safety while documenting incidents attentively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control entry points and monitor access for unauthorized individuals

• Respond effectively to emergencies and assist during evacuations

• Provide customer service to staff and visitors with directions

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate tense situations

• Write detailed reports on daily activities and incidents

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED is essential

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred

• Certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and/or Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) required

• Must undertake UOF/MOAB training paid by Paladin with a commitment

• Fluent in English and/or French as needed
