In this role, monitor access points and respond promptly to any emergencies. Utilize your crisis management skills, providing support during evacuations and ensuring adherence to security protocols. You will have the chance to work closely with law enforcement while documenting all relevant incidents. Previous security or law enforcement experience is preferred, and fluency in English and/or French may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access and ensure authorized entry at all times

• Respond to emergencies and assist personnel during crises

• Greet and assist visitors, offering policy guidance

• Manage conflicts sensitively and professionally

• Document incidents and daily activities accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED is a requirement

• Preferred background in security, law enforcement, or related fields

• Required certifications in UOF and/or MOAB

• UOF/MOAB training must be completed at Paladin's cost

• English and/or French language proficiency is necessary when applicable
