Punjabi Parent Support Coordinator - REACH

Drive impactful community outreach as the Punjabi Parent Support Group Coordinator at REACH in Delta, B.C. Engage with families to provide culturally safe support and resources in a rewarding role.

As a key member of the outreach team at REACH Child and Youth Development Society, you will implement trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to assist families of neurodiverse children and youth. Your work will involve overcoming barriers and enhancing access to vital services. You will also coordinate group events and training sessions, building strong community connections to facilitate support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop rapport using culturally safe approaches

• Assist families with service access and referrals

• Facilitate training and parent information sessions

• Coordinate online connections and group events

• Maintain records and provide monthly reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human/social services field

• One year relevant experience or equivalent

• Fluent in Punjabi and English

• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams

• Knowledge of community service programs
