Position: Social Worker Bilingual Role
Horizon is hiring a bilingual Social Worker in Fredericton to deliver critical social services. This permanent part-time role emphasizes teamwork and client advocacy within mental health.

As a Social Worker 1 at Horizon, you will work flexible hours to assess clients and provide tailored treatment. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, your role includes developing therapeutic interventions and maintaining records while addressing community needs for various groups, including schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment strategies

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions

• Advocate for client needs and coordinate support services

• Provide stabilization services in crisis situations

• Document all clinical interactions accurately

Requirements:

• Must be registered with New Brunswick Association of Social Workers

• Bilingualism is a requirement for this role

• Ability to adapt to evening and weekend schedules

• Must demonstrate reliability and commitment to the role

• Background in mental health and addictions support
