Position: Leadership Role in Family Services
Wolastoqiyik Family Services seeks a Team Lead to empower First Nation individuals and families. This full-time role focuses on program development, supervision, and enhancing quality of life outcomes.

As the Team Lead, you will oversee case management and facilitate staff training, ensuring quality support for those served. You'll lead regular staff meetings and address any individual training needs, aligning services with community values.

Experience with diverse challenges such as autism and mental health will greatly benefit your leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in program development and implementation

• Supervise and manage case management processes

• Facilitate staff meetings and individual training sessions

• Empower individualized support planning and evaluations

• Maintain a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Services, Child and Youth, or related field

• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and own transportation

• Criminal Record check with vulnerable sector screening

• Training in First Aid or crisis intervention is an asset
