ETL Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration design and delivery activities for enterprise applications and data platforms
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions
• Design complex data migration and integration solutions from source to target systems
• Work with relational and No
  
  SQL databases for data extraction and transformation
• Develop and review integration design documents including FD and FMD independently
• Support development, testing, and deployment teams throughout project lifecycle
• Collaborate with architecture and cross‑functional teams to implement best integration practices
• Utilize messaging and ESB frameworks for enterprise integrations
• Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and security standards are met

• 7+ years of experience in Mule Soft, Java/Python Microservices, ETL/Informatica, or Tibco development
• Strong expertise in Informatica DIH and IICS (Power Center experience acceptable)
• Advanced SQL query writing skills including joins, aggregations, and grouping
• Experience designing complex enterprise data migration and integration solutions
• Hands‑on experience with messaging frameworks such as Kafka, Tibco, Mule Soft, Boomi, or other ESB technologies
• Experience working with multiple databases including SQL, Oracle, Couchbase, and other relational/No
  
  SQL databases
• Strong understanding of Master Data and Transactional Data
• Ability to independently create technical design documentation including Field Mapping Documents (FMD) and Functional Design Documents (FD)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Azure Data Lake / Delta Lake
• Azure and AWS Cloud experience
• Salesforce integration expertise and SOQL
• IICS expertise
• Integration Delivery Lead experience

• Robust analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Ability to coordinate with distributed global teams
• Experience in integration architecture and solution design
