Job Title: Class 5 Delivery Driver
Location: Fredericton, NB
Shift/
Hours:
Full Time - Monday to Friday (Saturday Rotations) - 8:00am to 7:00pm
Pay Rate: $19-$21/Hour
Job Information:
As a Delivery Driver with our client, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient transportation of goods. This position requires the candidate to be physically fit, own a valid Class 5 license, and possess solid communication skills.
Responsibilities- Assist in loading, transporting, and unloading household appliances, furniture, etc.
- Follow company procedures for proper signage of documents, receipts, etc.
- Move heavy/bulky merchandise.
- Perform light vehicle maintenance such as checking oil, etc.
- Inform supervisor of any damage.
- Safely secure cargo.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Class 5 license.
- Driver's abstract (dated within 30 days).
- Ability to lift and move appliances/furniture in a team lift setting.
- Maintain a good driving record and operate the company vehicle lawfully.
- Ability to work with a team.
