We are looking for experienced Class 1 & 3 Drivers at Dexter Construction Company for the 2026 season. You'll ensure materials are delivered safely while performing thorough inspections of your tractor-trailer. Experience in construction environments is preferred, and travel within the province may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor-trailer vehicles safely to specified locations

• Secure loads with chains to prevent shifting during transit

• Responsibly load and unload materials and equipment

• Alert Foreman about maintenance or repair needs

• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report driving issues

Requirements:

• Hold a valid commercial driver’s license with a clean abstract

• Minimum of 2 years driving experience in construction

• Class 1 or 3 driver’s license in good standing

• Knowledge of construction site rules and protocols

• Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
