This position is vital for candidates skilled in logistics and carrier relationship management. You will engage with qualified carriers, negotiate market rates, and monitor industry trends for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Operations to overcome challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source carrier capacity in key shipping markets

• Develop strong relationships through daily engagement

• Negotiate competitive transportation rates effectively

• Resolve service issues with the Operations team

• Track and ensure compliance with carrier records

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of logistics, transportation, or related experience

• Familiarity with freight market conditions and regulations

• Proficient in TMS and communication platforms

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Familiarity with USDA and FMCSA regulations preferred
