Casual Courier Driver

Drive efficient package pickups and deliveries for Fed Ex Canada while providing courteous customer service on flexible shifts. Accurate scanning and safe vehicle operation matter.

As a Casual Courier, you will represent Fed Ex professionally while managing assigned routes and shipment requirements. Duties include package inspection, route planning, computerized dispatch, customer questions, and shipping paperwork. You will also protect company property and support sorting or loading when required.

• Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
• Inspect shipments for Federal Express Canada service conformity
• Load vans and plan efficient delivery and pickup routes
• Operate tracking and dispatch systems with accurate information
• Answer customer questions about shipping services and requirements

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Valid full driver's licence and good driving record
• One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
• Ability to lift seventy pounds and maneuver heavier packages
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
