• Process daily check and credit‑card deposits; reconcile the cash sales accounting schedule.
• Audit car deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before shipping to the Accounting Processing Center.
• Track and report issues; maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
• Assist with accounting schedules; maintain reconciled schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
• Cross‑train and provide backup in the Title & Registration Specialist role when needed.
• Meet performance standards; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all tasks.

• Tech proficiency: comfortable using Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
• Preferred: high school diploma; 1+ years in a dealership environment or experience processing car deals.

• Salary range $35,000 – $55,000 annually; starting pay $20–$24 per hour.

• Prior automotive dealership and CDK experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
