- Maintain accurate records, create financial reports and perform analysis using Quick Books®.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets.
- Ensure tax, insurance, and HR compliance.
- Manage vendors, resources, and subcontractors.
- Complete accounts payable and receivable activities, including collections.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and other HR administrative support.
- Perform technology setup, backups, protection, and tracking.
- Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements.
- 3+ years of experience with Quick Books Pro® (most recent versions) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping and collection experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Polite, confident, excellent customer‑service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Highly self‑motivated and goal‑oriented multi‑tasker.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary applications.
- Successful completion of a background check subject to applicable law.
- 40 hours per week, flexible overtime, varying between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
