Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records, create financial reports and perform analysis using Quick Books®.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets.
  • Ensure tax, insurance, and HR compliance.
  • Manage vendors, resources, and subcontractors.
  • Complete accounts payable and receivable activities, including collections.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and other HR administrative support.
  • Perform technology setup, backups, protection, and tracking.
  • Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements.
Position Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with Quick Books Pro® (most recent versions) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping and collection experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Polite, confident, excellent customer‑service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Highly self‑motivated and goal‑oriented multi‑tasker.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary applications.
  • Successful completion of a background check subject to applicable law.
Hours
  • 40 hours per week, flexible overtime, varying between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience.
