** Previous Dealership BDC experience is a plus.
** We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, have a great attitude, and are customer focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow-up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential**.
*** Automotive Service BDC is required
* Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service
* Outstanding follow-up skills
* Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls
* Strong communication skills –both verbal and written
* Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
* Highly organized with attention to detail

The hourly wage for this position is $18.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
