Tender Smiles 4 Kids of Monmouth is looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team in Freehold, NJ!
Responsibilities:- Verify and process dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations for pediatric patients
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims, appeals, and resubmissions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate patient billing records and update insurance information in the dental practice management system
- Post insurance payments and adjustments to patient accounts accurately
- Prior experience in dental insurance coordination, dental billing, or a related dental office role
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Salary based on experience
