• Assisting in outside contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
• Capital improvement planning, including cost estimates, feasibility studies, and developing recommendations and innovative solutions.
• Work with multi‑disciplinary teams on tasks such as intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, and traffic and signal operations analysis.
• Obtaining, analyzing PennDOT’s Highway Occupancy Permit Design Criteria/procedure HOPs.
• Assisting in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits and designs for projects.
• Reviewing construction site to monitor progress and other duties per the contract documents.
• Serving as on‑site project representative.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• EIT, FE, or PE (not required, but preferred)
• Knowledge of CADD software (Micro Station, AutoCAD or Open Road)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license

Pay Range: $75,000 – $90,000.
