Our ideal candidate has 15‑25 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a willingness to work cohesively within a team. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively across state and county agencies.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- 15‑25 years of experience in highway engineering and project management.
- NJ PE License.
- Previous experience with NJDOT, NJTPK, and/or NJTPA.
- Experience on County, DRPA, and DRJTBC projects is a bonus.
- Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader on significant projects.
- Willingness to attend marketing events and represent the firm.
- Strong work ethic and proven ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Pay range: $115,000 – $130,000 per year.
