• Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities.
• Monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more.
• Based out of Freehold, NJ.
• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Education Program
• Current NJ state licensure as a Registered Nurse or Multistate RN able to work in NJ
• 3+ years of experience in Nursing in ICU or ED setting
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License, unrestricted driving record

• EMT, Paramedic, or MICN
• CTRN or CFRN certification (required within 1 year of hire date)
• NRP
• PHTLS, TNCC, or ATCN
• Pennsylvania RN and PHRN
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in nursing
