Critical Care Transport Registered Nurse - Per Diem Ground, Variable, Freehold

Responsibilities- Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities.
- Monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more.
- Based out of Freehold, NJ.
- Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Records patient vital signs and medical information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Education Program
- Current NJ state licensure as a Registered Nurse or Multistate RN able to work in NJ
- 3+ years of experience in Nursing in ICU or ED setting
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License, unrestricted driving record
- EMT, Paramedic, or MICN
- CTRN or CFRN certification (required within 1 year of hire date)
- NRP
- PHTLS, TNCC, or ATCN
- Pennsylvania RN and PHRN
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in nursing
