• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments.
• Address a range of needs including dysphagia, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), cognitive, and language-based challenges.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals.

• Valid Speech‑Language Pathology License in the state of NJ.
• Current CPR certification.
• Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience.
