Neuro Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – Full-Time

Allaire Rehab and Nursing | Salary Range: $30-45/hr

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you’re an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you’ll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work under the supervision of occupational therapists.
  • Assist patients in community reintegration, self‑care, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, ADLs, IADLs, and leisure skills under direct supervision of occupational therapists.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on progress toward goals.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License in the state of NJ.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply – mentorship available.
