Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

• Develop, implement, and assess quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve monthly admissions goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
• Establish business partnerships through effective sales contacts and presentations.
• Maintain professional and clinical competence.
• Initiate and build relationships within internal and external departments to ensure effective communication with referral sources and internal customers.
• Update and maintain customer and competitor profiles, log daily call activity, and plan future customer interactions.
• Enhance knowledge of hospice services, customers, and referral sources.

• Bachelor's degree or professional license preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of sales, marketing, or provider relations experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire clinical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid state driver's license and auto insurance with unlimited access to a reliable vehicle.
