We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will meet with several clients in a day, discuss their treatment needs and goals, and craft customized, comprehensive therapy plans. You will work closely with other doctors or members of their health team to arrange follow-up care, help educate patients on lifestyle changes, and provide a positive, affirming presence.

The ideal candidate has a compassionate style, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple cases at a time.

• Meet with patients from many backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient.
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient to help them meet their mobility goals.
• Work closely with other members of each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care.
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress.

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients.
