• Work under the supervision of physical therapists.
• Assist patients in performance of therapeutic exercises under the direct supervision of the physical therapists.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals.

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant License in the state of NJ.
• Current CPR certification.
• Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
