PositionPatient Coordinator – Freehold Office
ScheduleFull‑time, 30+ hours per week. Monday‑Friday with rotating Saturdays (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.). Flexibility to support team coverage is required.
Responsibilities- Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling‐related tasks and online leads efficiently, creating a positive experience for each caller.
- Promote a professional, welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service for patients and providers.
- Understand the provider‑to‑patient flow and anticipate the provider’s next steps to the best of your ability.
- Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
- Attend all in‑house training and continued education opportunities.

- Full‑time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for:

- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Medical receptionist experience preferred.
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
- Computer savvy—familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent patient relations and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and dedicated employee.
- Prior experience in a dermatology/medical environment preferred.
- Open availability to work weekdays and weekends.
