We're looking for a Partner Account Representative to join our growing team in Freehold, NJ. This is a high-ownership sales role where you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to closing and expanding. You'll focus on SMB and mid-market customers across the U.S., offering a full suite of MSP, Cybersecurity, SaaS, and Talent Solutions. • Own your book of business – Prospect, pitch, close, and grow assigned accounts
• Sell end-to-end IT solutions that include 24x7 Helpdesk, Cybersecurity, SaaS, and Staffing
• Build trust with business owners, CIOs, and C-suite stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with pre‑sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client success
• Represent ITBD at events, virtual demos, and on‑site visits (travel ~1x/month)
• Meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped earning potential

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership
• Background in IT, MSPs, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Staffing preferred
• Proven record of consultative/solution selling
• Confident communicator — able to pitch both tech and business value
• Driven, accountable, and coachable with a growth mindset

• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting
• Familiarity with technical staffing or outsourced services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
