• Execute daily send-outs of samples
• Drafts all press materials including pitches, fact-sheets, press releases
• Assists team in building up-to-date media lists
• Drafting pitches to send out/assist/execute pitching as directed by the manager
• Develop and cultivate new relationships with key journalists, influencers, producers, and podcast hosts
• Responsible for compiling monthly reports
• Mailers; compiling lists with addresses, assembly and execution
• Create call agenda + recaps for review
• Manages all aspects of client inventory and samples
• Monitor target media outlets, current news and various resources daily to call out opportunities for the team
• Research/save editorial calendars and recognize opportunities for clients to callout to team
• Oversee internship program
• Update client lookbooks and line sheets
• Field incoming calls
• Other responsibilities are subject to change depending on new client campaigns and scope of work (e.g. events, celebrity seeding, influencer marketing, etc.)

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (e.g. Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Journalism & Media Studies)
• Minimum 1-2 years of related PR and agency experience working with CPG brands
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive team player
• Multi-tasker who is adaptable and can pivot as necessary while meeting deadlines
• Enthusiasm and passion for all things media, branding and consumer markets including but not limited to fashion, beauty, grooming, lifestyle, home, wellness, food & beverage, and CBD.
• Highly resourceful and solution-based thinker with the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Cision, Muckrack, Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, Dropbox, Slack, Zoom
